Robin’s Nest is committed to assisting those battling cancer. There are many wonderful initiatives that target research in the fight against cancer. Robin’s Nest is focused on the patient in an effort to relieve any financial burdens created by this disease.

About Robin’s Nest Charitable Fund

The Robin’s Nest Charitable Fund was established in 2010 from the outpour of support received by Robin Evernham during her battle with cancer. The mission of Robin’s Nest is to assist those on their journey to conquer cancer.

Days after Robin received the prognosis that she had one year to live, a group of her friends began planning a benefit, Rockin’ 4 Robin. After just three weeks of planning, Rockin’ 4 Robin raised $30,000 for Robin’s Nest. In addition to Rockin’ 4 Robin, Robin’s Nest has grown thanks to an event in Northern Kentucky organized by Robin’s high school graduating class. Robin’s Nest also receives proceeds from sales of a charm created by Robin with the help of Brinker’s Jewelers in Evansville, Indiana.

In the Evansville area, Robin’s Nest is committed to support and assist the growth of TOUCH, Inc. TOUCH is a non-profit organization that was created to provide non-medical financial assistance to cancer patients. In the two years since TOUCH was formed, it has provided over $50,000 of financial assistance to over 50 cancer patients in the Evansville area.

Robin and her husband, Scott, created the Robin’s Nest Charitable Fund with the Vanderburgh Community Foundation.
